Baby just turned three weeks and seems to be overeating but always hungry and crying his heart out!

He is having more than normal amount of poops and pee. On his last doctor’s appointment last week, Doctor was excited he is gaining weight fast and all my results came back almost perfect. We had to induce him at 38 weeks due to him being close to underweight and he still wears a size between preemie and newborn. He was doing fine but the last two days he would scream and cry even after a good amount of feeding and diaper change. I breastfeed him, in a day I directly latch about 15 -20mins few times and other times pump about 2.5 to 3 oz. He farts a lot which the doctors say is very healthy. Don’t know why he is still so fussy. Is it normal for babies to cry for no reason? Or he might actually have underlying problem? Did any of your babies experience similar thing?
