Birth control while breastfeeding
What birth control method are you ladies using while breastfeeding? I’ve been having supply issues since day one and I’m nervous that taking the pill will make it worse. I was on the pill for years before getting pregnant so it’s the method I’m most comfortable with. I’m scared to get an IUD but I’d like to hear what you recommend
