Iron pills
Anyone taking any iron pills and how much? I’m constantly dizzy and have headaches and such and my levels were a little low but my ob said he isn’t worried about it any. I think I’m just going to take them and see if that would help me since those are signs also of low iron. Just don’t know how much I should take. Any help would be amazing. TIA
