4DPO and still high fertility

So I have a 24 day cycle, I tested from the day I finished my period which was day 6 of my cylce with clear blue ovulation test, I had 4 days low fertility, day 10 of my cycle I had the flashing smiley faces for 3 days, then peak fertility day 13 and 14 of cycle with EWCM. I confirmed with LH strips also which were peak fertility. I am now 4DPO and still have EWCM and still getting the flashing smiley face, what does this mean and has anyone experienced the same thing?
