Period or implantation? - 8 months PP

Question!

Yesterday about mid-day I noticed a tiny blood droplet on my panties. Literally just one drop. I thought it so strange. It was pink, not red like period blood, not brown either. I used a tissue to wipe it off to check if it was fresh, and it was. Now today Ive had the same thing happen again. Only a drop or two, this one was a little darker(still not quite red) and mixed with some discharge..

My question is, is this the start of my first period after having my baby 8 months ago?

Or could this be implantation bleeding...

Im not sure when, or even if Ive evem ovulated yet because I havent had my first period so I havent started tracking. But I have been sexually active and its pretty coincidental that a week ago I accidentally missed a pill.

Any opinions? Please be kind. My heart is racing and Im just looking for guidance... thank you
