Does anyone have any experience with preclampsia or high blood pressure during pregnancy?

I mentioned having lots of finger and foot swelling to my doctor and they told me to monitor blood pressure as it could just be from the summer heat but could be a sign of preclampsia.

My blood pressure has been measuring normal. Today I've been having some hand numbness off and on so I just took my blood pressure and it's high.

Currently laying down and drinking water before taking it again in a few minutes. Just not sure when and if I should be concerned to go to the hospital.

I am currently 35weeks
