Stage 1 food
My baby is formula fed with rice cereal added. I recently discovered that it is harmful so I quit immediately. My question is, do I feed her a little formula and a little food or do one or the other? Like how many times a day do I give it to her. She is about to be 4 months and easily puts 6 oz down and on good days 7 oz.
