Thoughts on Karenina as a middle spot to honor a Karen?

A really close friend of my family, practically my second mom, passed away last Dec. Her name was Karen and I really want to honor her in my daughter's name but my husband and I aren't fond of the name itself (mostly because of the "speak to the manager" jokes) but she loved to read and I know she loved the book Anna Karenina so I thought it might be a good alternative. The name would Quinn Karenina. Is it too weird? Any other ideas?
