When did you announce pregnancy to immediate family?

I’m currently 4 weeks pregnant- just got the blood test back yesterday- with our second. We’re really excited. We’re very close with our parents and siblings and are excited to tell them. We waited until week 8 (I think?) to tell immediate family with our first pregnancy, and 10-13 weeks to tell close friends. We have a checkup with dr in 2.5 weeks for the first ultrasound. I really want to tell our parents and siblings, but of course cautious. I’m curious: when did you tell close family of your pregnancy?
