Reduced movements 39 weeks

My baby boy has always been very very active! The last few days i can still feel him move but i feel like hes not as active as normal. Hes normally very active in the nornings when i wake uo and in the evening when im lying on the sofa. Last night i did kick counts and he did move 10 times in 13 minutes. But today i feel like hes not moving alot. Hes gone from super active kicking me and making me just to little movements u can hardly feel. I am due to have a c sectioj on thursday, should i call my midwife or is it ok if hes still moving but not as much? X
