Pelvic rest and sex dream orgasm

I’ve been on pelvic rest for most of my pregnancy. So no or any kind of organs from anything is allowed. I had a sex dream last night and I’m pretty sure I felt a orgasm 😟 do you think I’ll be fine? I’ve been spotting most my pregnancy too (21 weeks) so I can’t tell if it did anything or not since I already was spotting.
