Symptoms have all stopped

Hey 👋🏼

So I’m 10 weeks tomorrow, up until now I’ve had minimal symptoms, mainly tiredness and bloating, bad bowels (sorry 🥴) and the odd bouts of nausea, lucky I know, but over the weekend these have all stopped and I feel totally normal and as far from pregnant as could be. I’ve had no bleeding but have read loads that baby can stay there but be found to have no heartbeat at the dating scan, so naturally I’m worried.

I’ve not had my date through yet for this scan so I am booking a private one hopefully for this week sometime. I just wondered if this has happened to anyone else? And if so, the success stories would be great to keep me going until I go for the scan x
