EBF mamas - how often are you nursing?

My little guy will be 10 months on Thursday. We’re currently feeding four times: at wake up, before each nap (2) and before bed. The past few days however he’s so fussy at the boob before nap time he’s only nursing 4-6 mins total. I’m wondering if it’s time to drop another feed. He won’t take formula anymore, isn’t really interested in water other than the odd sip here and there and I’ve slowly started introducing milk but again only a couple sips here and there. Just wondering what other moms are experiencing.
