Help with OPKs

This is our 3rd cycle on Clomid (cd3-7) and estradiol (cd8-12). My opks have pretty much looked the same since cd8.

I go in for my follicle sono tomorrow, which I’ve always had good follicles the last two cycles so they trigger me and then we are having our FIRST IUI on Wednesday. (While on these meds I don’t have good quality cervical mucus so we are just trying to bypass that).

Should I be worried? I’m cramping today and with all of these tests looking positive I’m worried I might have ovulated sooner than I was scheduled to go in.

Can you ovulate more than once in a single cycle?

Is this caused by the meds?

Will we be out for an IUI this month?
