OPK question Pregmate vs Easy @ Home

Hi y’all! Okay so top pic is my Pregmate opk from yesterday and bottom pic is my Easy@Home opk from yesterday at same exact time, same sample. I ran out of Pregmate opk tests and Easy@Home had faster shipping on Amazon so that’s what I ordered. I was wondering, is Pregmate more sensitive than the Easy@Home??? The top Pregmate test looked positive, bottom Easy@Home test looked negative to me (sorry bottom pic is slightly blurry). I took opk easy@home this morning and negative; I’ve ran out of Pregmate so cannot compare. I took the 2 tests in these pics around noon yesterday (Sunday). Today I’m on CD 18 and I normally ovulate around CD 17. Should I assume I ovulated today or possibly yesterday?? I was not able to take opk Saturday night or Sunday morning because we were camping. Thanks for any input!!!!
