Prenatal vitamins/ doctor..

I've never bought before I've also got free from the baby be healthy program offered at a sobeys but I moved and there isnt one here are they all the same I seen a big kirkland brand prenatal vitamin and it's like 20 bucks for 300 tablets. Should I stick with a Jamieson or materna brand or will this do the same thing sorry seems like a dumb question but I honestly have no idea I'm also curious my family dr is 6hrs away from me and I can't find one accepting patients what do I do...
