Sleep?
Hi friends. I am 4 weeks and 5 days with my first. For the last 3 or 4 nights I have been sleeping horribly. I typically go to bed around 10PM or 11PM and then wake up around 2AM or 3AM and can’t get back to sleep until around 6AM. I have to wake back up by 7AM for work, and then I’m exhausted all day. It’s a combination of getting hot, not being able to get comfortable, feeling a little sick, and my brain racing. Help! Any suggestions to help me sleep through the night?
