We just found out on the 11th that im pregnant. I'm going in for an ultrasound today at 3:20pm but I just need to talk this out. I had right side, light cramping Saturday and Sunday and then turned to light cramping sort of everywhere but still feeling more-so on the right side?

[TMI warning ⚠️] I just went to the bathroom to poop and it felt like how I normally do when I start my period. I then had a tiny bit of spotting that came out with a string of discharge... I'm trying not to be too nervous but my anxiety is through the roof right now.

For anyone that's had an ectopic pregnancy or might be going through it.. help?? Does this sound similar?? Is cramping normal in the early stages??

UPDATE:

I had the ultrasound and I'm getting blood work done. They found nothing even though I started bleeding. The doctor said either it could be a pregnancy destined to miscarry or it's reeeeeally early, like 2-3 weeks along so neither of the ultrasounds can pick it up.
