struggling with eating, advice?

Hi! So i’m 19 and currently home from college for the summer and for the past couple of months i’ve been struggling with eating. Sometimes i’ll only eat once or twice a day and ignore when i’m hungry. also, i’ve recently been bad about drinking enough water. it’s been effecting me mentally and physically and i’m ready to talk about it and hear anyone’s input and advice! i would appreciate any tips on how to get yourself to eat when you don’t want to, something healthy that would tend to the amount of calories we need a day, and tips on drinking enough water throughout the day. i’m not sure if this was the right group to post this in but i figured since it was a wellness page someone would know a thing or two about healthy eating, diet, or has maybe struggled with any of this as well. I’m ready to be healthy again!
