Period help.

Got my period a bit early. It was bright red mixed with white discharge when I wiped. Nothing on panties.

Put on a pad and it’s been an hour and no blood on pad.

I haven’t had sex since Jan and got my period each month for 2 days bright red.

My period boobs went down since I guess I got my period

Is there any way I could be pregnant since January and not know ? I have no bump or any other pregnancy signs

Please help!
