Gestational Diabetes

Soo what do I do about it ? I’m 32 weeks and I’m worried about going into preterm labor ? Anybody have stories if they’re births with gestational diabetes ? I have been feeling like I’m close to labor as it is and now this just makes me feel even closer but I’m worried. Somebody please give me insight. Also does anybody know what causes the body to go into preterm labor with gestational diabetes. ? I don’t have another apt for 2 weeks or I’d be asking my doc a lot of these questions.
