Painful sex - therapy
Anyone else experiencing a lot of pain during sex still? I’m over 15w post partum and struggling with sex. Need lots of lube and we go very slow but none of it matters it’s just super painful and not enjoyable. My doc has recommended a pelvic floor physical therapist. Has anyone used one and had success? I need some positivity right now
