Could of been my period or implantation

I have PCOS with heavy bleeding I did 3 rounds of clomid and one round of letrozole didn’t get pregnant. I decided to lose weight and try naturally on June 6 I had a very light period which I don’t mind since I’m always a heavy flow type of girl only lasted 4 days. I took a test on the 1 st and 2 both came back negative on July 5 I started to spot and continue to spot for 4 days just old brown blood and yesterday I spotted again but I haven’t spotted since then
