Very bad bloating!?!

Does anyone else bloat like this? Top is morning bottom is evening. This has been a constant for me for the last month straight and I don’t understand what’s happening with my body :(

If you’re not pregnant you could have a food allergy or intolerance. If you think it might be that you could take things you eat pretty regularly out of your diet for a couple weeks to see if it gets better, like wheat, dairy, eggs, etc.

I’ve had this for yeaaaaars, I omitted dairy (still eat eggs, yogurt, cheese in SMALL amounts😭) and try not to eat a ton of grains. Also can’t eat overly greasy foods (i do not eat fast food). These are triggers for my bloating. I take a probiotic as well, haven’t noticed changes though. I have yet so see my doctor, but you are not alone!!!

if ive been eating a lot of salt and sugar a couple days before my period and even ON my period sometimes, yes.
