Harvest Pancakes with Spice Syrup

Ignore my failcakes on the left lol. But I made my harvest pancakes and spice syrup for the first time since I was in high school. I used to love this recipe and use it a bit, but it eventually got lost to me. My partner said he hadn't had homemade pancakes before so I found and whipped out my recipe

Other than the beginning messy pancakes lol, they came out amazing. Love the mix of blueberries with a good apple cinnamon syrup. My partner now wishes we had vanilla ice cream to go along with it 😂
