TWW Hell and symptom spotting

Anyone else AF due in 2 days and going crazy symptom spotting? 😫 I can’t stand the wait! The last couple of days I have had a head cold, a bit of nausea especially in the car and a pinching/pulling feeling behind/near my belly button, anyone else had similar and had a BFP?
