Safe? HELP!?!

I’m a teen and have no way to you know...explore myself sexually. But long story short things got a little wild with some friends and I ended up masturbating with a hair brush 🤦‍♀️. With this hair brush it felt really good..like amazing. And before I washed it. But after I looked at it in the light and it had like little cracks and stuff were bacteria definitely could of been. But that was 2 weeks ago and I’m fine 😂😬. So basically my friend told me that I could put a like disposable food glove thing over it and that would be 100% safe.they aren’t like grocery store type plastic bags.
