Ok so

So me and my ex were together 2 years

We’ve been off and off

Recently we was on bad terms then 4 hours later he had a new girlfriend and when I rang him he put her on the phone instead

It’s been playing on my mind, he keeps appearing in my dreams and so does she. I thought I was over him the other day but then it had started happening 3 days ago.

Why is this happening? I also wake up sweating he’s been blocked since that new girl answered
