My friend had sex with a guy that likes me.

I started texting this guy about a year ago. I was going through a lot and wasn’t looking for romance, so nothing came from it. A while later, after knowing that he and I used to text, my friend started texting him, had sex with him, and then blocked him on everything. She seemed to have really liked him, but she moves on from one guy to the next pretty easily. She’s had over 100 sex partners (which I am not judging her for, she can do what she wants with her body), so he was literally just another one.

However, he and I have remained in constant, casual, friendly communication, and nothing inappropriate or sexual. We just share music or photos from our hiking trips, but we’ve never hung out in person, ever.

He and I are very similar. We both enjoy hiking and being immersed in nature, we dress exactly the same, we have the same taste in art and music, so he’s literally just the male version of me. He’s a really great guy, an even greater father, and my friend just threw him to the trash.

My point is, he asked me to go hiking with him this evening (socially distanced with masks) and I really want to go. I know my friend would feel a way about it because of girl code (even though she broke it first), but he was just a quick f*** to her and she doesn’t actually care about him. I think he’s really dope and I really want to hang out with him.
