Thoughts and opinions please!!!

So their is a good chance my bf May be sterile which absolutely beyond breaks my heart. The only way we can have a family is if we adopt.. don’t get me wrong it’s a great idea. I asked about IVF or a sperm donor and he said no he considers a Sperm donor cheating because it’s another mans sperm in me and the kid wouldn’t be his. That goes the same for adoption the child was created by ANOTHER man and women so how could he love that child?? Please please please give your thoughts and opinions I need them!!
