Yeast infection

I am 10 days post ovulation, AF due in 4 days. Have tender breast but slightly worse on my left boob, slight back pain again slightly more on the left side of my lower back, and today I have symptoms of a yeast infection. Not much discharge in terms of cottage cheese like discharge but more irritated and itchy around the opening of the vagina. Has anyone else had anything similar ? TIA
