Any help appreciated (sorry for long post)

Update...we lost our little jellybean last night..thank you for your kind words.

Little back story, I'm a week from 39th bday. Pregnant with #1. 5weeks 3 days. Went to urgent care yesterday for some spotting and cramping. Had ultrasound...found sac but no heartbeat... went home after 3 hours and had some bad bleeding last night some cramps this morning but it is getting more and more tolerable. Has anyone had something similar and went on to have a successful pregnancy. Please... I need to hear some positive...btw. I'm also a 2 time cancer survivor who wasn't sure I could ever get pregnant. And it wasnt for lack of trying. Trust me. Anything you ladies would've needed to hear sitting in my shoes. I'm so scared.. and never thought I would feel like this as I am upbeat and happy go lucky they anything life has thrown at me...until 24 hours ago...
