Fermera(letrozole) success?

Hello ladies! 
So After my second HSG, my tubes finally are clear and looking good ( had surgery to fix blockage back in March). 
I start my first cycle next month and wanted to see how many success stories there are out there! Any major side affects?

Second cycle on it now. First cycle I had hot flashes at night, this cycle I haven’t had any. I haven’t had any success yet, but I can definitely feel my follicles developing and growing. I should be going in for my second IUI any day now. Last cycle I ovulated day 14 today is day 14. Best of luck.

I’m on it now and my only side effect is fatigue. It’s pretty bad, but that’s just me. I have been ovulating on it but haven’t conceived yet
