How long do your outbreaks last?

I don’t get them very often, but tomorrow I will have had this outbreak for one whole week. I’m so over it!! 😂 I’m curious how long all of yours last??

You don't have valtrex? Or acyclovir? Try lemon balm from amazon.com or acv diluted with water to dry out the sores. 
If I try to let my outbreak heal naturally it takes a while honestly a week or so sounds about right.

My sores come if I’m depressed or stressed and they last usual 1 week max
