Is he fake as fuck?

My friends boyfriend is 50 .. she’s 31. He’s never been married and says only 2 serious relationships in his life. Which occurred in the last 10 years. She says he can be manipulative and at first he tried to move her in immediately & proposed to her within a month. Does this sound like love bombing? The last 2 girls he’s dated he had the fixed up the room for the daughter of the woman , they broke up then fixed up the room for the other child. I seen on social media where he seems to say and do the same things for each girl. Like his M O.. a pattern...
