When to worry about pelvic pressure

Hello ladies! I’m currently 26 weeks pregnant with my second! Around 20 weeks I started having pelvic pressure and it got worse every week. My vagina feels so sore and the inside of my thighs as well as my hips and lower back. I know it’s normal but I try to put it off bc I have a 3 year old. But itsstarting to get to the point where it’s affecting me. Just to lift my legs up to put on pants it’s painful! To turn in bed or get up, or bend down it hurts. Even just sitting down I can feel it and I waddle because it’s bad all I want to do is lay down. When should I worry?? I have an appointment this Monday and I’m gonna mention it but it worsens everyday especially at night /:
