What are signs of preeclampsia and when did you get diagnosed with it ?

With my first pregnancy I was diagnosed in month 8 bc of excess protein in my urine, constant headaches, high blood pressure and swollen face, hands and feet.

37 weeks and I was really surprised to see my high blood pressure. They also found protein in my urine at that appt. Looking back, my feet and ankles started swelling a few days earlier and my face as well, but I was also on high dose prednisone, which makes people retain water and get “moon face”, so I didn’t pay much attention to it.
