Help please

Im 17 and since the beginning of the month something strange has happened idk what it is but I was masterbating one night and after I was done I still had this ghostly sensation on my clit and below it that made it feel like it was throbbing or twitching and i would feel pleasure i stopped masterbating for a day or two I guess but when I would sit it would feel painful almost raw feeling but the tingling pleasure sensation and throbbing went away but now everytime I masterbate that feeling comes back and it feels like I’m really aroused because I even curl my stomach without thinking or sometimes feels like a rash and it lasts for the rest of the day but stops when it’s the next day then happens again only when I masterbate. Idk why it’s happening but I was supposed to go to the gynecologist but i got my period so now i have to wait help??
