Face mask during labor

My doc told me I have to wear a face mask during active labor cuz ill be breathing really heavy and the nurses and doc will be right there with me so they need to be protected. I also need to get tested for covid each week after 38 weeks. And even if i test negative I still need to wear a mask cuz it could be a false negative.. im looking into masks that will be easier to breathe in.. does anyone have any suggestions?? I was going to ask my doc next time if I can wear a face sheild. I found this one mask that looks good and itll be here in 3 days so hopefully itll be good for labor. Im 36 weeks 3 days with my 2nd baby so I'm trying to get something asap. Baby could come anytime now
