Starting first cycle of Femara

After a year and a half of trying this will be our first cycle using Femara. Does anyone have any advice? or side effects they experienced? I’m a bit nervous about taking medications....

Update: After three days I started getting super achy (wrists, elbows, knees, Hips, ankles), and having headaches that would start around 5 or 6 pm, also randomly crying over stupid little things that wouldn’t normally bother me at all.
