Student Loans

I’m going to be a college freshman and i need a laptop to start school but i don’t have the money for one right now so i requested a loan and i got it, however i don’t know how to use it to get the laptop since it’s in the schools account. does anyone have any ideas? the school is hard to get ahold of for questions.
