Does your baby watch tv?

Asking because if I’m watching tv I notice she will watch to and be really entranced by it so then I get anxiety and turn it off because I’m afraid for her eyes lol

It’s not bad for her eyes. It’s bad for brain development and just seeing it sometimes won’t hurt her.

I said yes but she doesn’t like sit there and watch a whole show or movie. Honestly we watch a lot of Disney+ at night to wind down the day. She loves the music and loves whatever is happening on the screen, who knows what she can actually see but she’s not close enough to hurt her eyes.

WE don’t sit her in front of it for hours, but sometimes I need a few minutes so I can get dinner ready or eat, so I’ll let her watch a few minutes of YouTube videos or a Disney movie. She likes when I sing along ❤️

I kept putting my kiddo the opposite way of the TV and within 2 days was rolling over and hasn’t stopped since! Trick worked like a charm! I don’t “allow” TV but with 2 older siblings he is exposed a small amount.
