Communication with partner

So how often do you say you and your partner actually sit and talk about things ? Meaningful and just playful things . Lately it’s like all my boyfriend does is work, go to his friends house and plays his game . He pays attention to me little bits and pieces here and there but we never TALK . It makes me sad I don’t have friends so he’s like the only one I have and he always is busy with doing something else . And when I tell him now I feel he says he understands but does the same exact thing the next day .. idk what to do anymore . So I’m just sitting here crying I’m 20 weeks pregnant too btw .
