Just Need To Vent

So after every appointment I send all immediate family a text about how baby girl is doing. Well the last months worth of appointments, probably 3 appointments, I send the message and my dad (who has distanced me anyways since I moved with boyfriend to his home town an hour away from my home town 2 years ago) has only responded with awesome or a thumbs up emoji. Well this last Saturday I had a immediate family only baby shower and my dad knew about it but never text or called me and never showed up. My dad and I used to be really close until he got married to his now wife in 2016. Like I get I’m 23 and don’t need my dads approval on me having a baby but I feel that he was way more involved in my other siblings pregnancy’s and he goes and sees my sister probably every other week and she loves farther from him than I do... I’m just scared my baby girl is going to be treated like crap because she’s not my sisters. Sorry for the long rant but I needed to get this out there.
