Ate cooked shrimp and salmon after it had been sitting out for an hour or so ans worried
Hey ladies,
Last night my husband and I made homemade sushi (cooked of course since I’m pregnant). We did a baked salmon and a pre-frozen shrimp tempura one. By the time we actually finished making all the rolls and sat down to eat, the rolls/fish/shrimp had been sitting at room temp for 1 hour/ 1 hour and 10 min. Now I’m worried I will get sick from it sitting out too long. Do you think me and baby are okay?
