Keep gaining weight
I’ve been really insecure about my body lately, I just don’t know what to do to lose my weight
I’m 22 and 5’8 and I’ve always weighed 170-175 and recently the scale just keeps going up and up. I do the same thing i always do, I don’t eat terrible I’m always moving and active but don’t work out a lot, but I try to eat healthy and the scale keeps going up. Now I weigh 190-195 almost .. but I look exactly the same as I was at 170 so I’m just confused. Like I do have big boobs and butt so I take that into consideration. But I just don’t get why the scale is going up.
Any tips for weight loss? Or why this could be happening? Thank you
