Maybe she’s mildly allergic to the nipple of the bottle? It looks like the part of her face that touches the nipple that has the rash. I’d send this pic to the pediatrician to get a medical opinion!

Did you change your dish soap recently? Maybe you should try wiping or patting around that area after with a cool damp cloth and moisturize it afterwards. Please send that photo to your Ped. Glad it goes away after awhile but poor baby. Poor you. I hated when my baby had a bum rash :(

Never on the sides but sometimes underneath her lip on her chin. I correlated it to either teething (heavy drool time) or formula or milk not getting patted dry. Did it only seem to start when you started giving whole milk?
