Hello 😊 Has anyone currently delivered their baby with the covid 19 polices and dont mind sharing their expierence.

This is my first child and with the covid 19 policies In MA we can only have one support person which has completely ruined my birth plan which is already adding anxiety. I have no idea what to expect even without the covid 19 happening but I am severely nervous now. I am due in 4 weeks.

Could anyone give tips to reduce my anxiety for when I go into labor? Do we have to wear a mask the whole time?
