scar like thing?????

hello! so around maybe 2 years ago I noticed a small scar looking thing on my ankle but I never injured my ankle to leave a scar like that. Now it’s grown in size, I know youre probably thinking yeah u should get that checked out but i frequent the doctors since i am a type one diabetic and i showed her and she didn’t seem worried about it???? Just curious to see if this has happened to anyone else. I have a doctor appointment on the 10th of August so I’m gonna ask about it then since its with a new doctor! I tried to circle what it used to look like from my memory
