Lost and sad
I'm to a point I'm very lost. I just keep asking is this me or the depression. I don't have the money or insurance for therapy and I can't get my meds until I see my doctor but again no money or insurance. I feel like idk what's real and if me as a person was a lie. Its alot just scrambled in my mind and I'm so confused.
